AB  - The problem of analysis of reliability of fault tolerant corporate net of IP-telephony is considered in the following article. By the reason of high complexity and big scale of such a systems we propose approximate methods of reliability calculation: method of minimal sections and minimal ways. With the goal of adequate assessment we have introduced the category of typical orientation of communications.
