Organisational maturity appraisal method and its implementation

The article deals with organizational maturity evaluation. A method of organizational maturity evaluation based on the Business Process Maturity Model (BPMM) is proposed. The method allows organizations to assess maturity of their business processes. An approach to the implementation of the method is also presented.
