The article examines the problems of evaluation of economic effectiveness of corporate information systems’
deployment and related risks. The authors propose a solution based on simulation modeling and a decision-making
scheme based on the modeling results. The simulation modeling allows for an efficient drawing up of situations with
numerous parameters and dependencies.
