In view of the fact that all the businesses maintain records in the similar way, a number
of the typical solutions in automation of the business-processes of the record keeping has
been appeared. As a result of this, a range of the problems of integration an additional
functionality to a typical solution has taken place. The adopting and development in the
systems of automation the record keeping is being become the urgent question in the field
of development of the software.
