The present paper discusses an agent-based approach to the modeling of Demand Responsive Transport system. We’re investigating applicability of Combinatorial Auctions for dynamic generation of effective routes in such systems. Various modeling problems outlined, approaches for resolving these problems are described shortly. Also discussed a program prototype, which demonstrates described approach.

The object of the description is a process of the research project of IBS Academy. The purpose of the work is to study the practical side of project-management on automations of the processes of a largescale enterprise, to analyze the problems the participants of the design team will face and to offer the recommendations to their solution.

The problem of population ageing became very important for the recent decades especially for developed countries. Better quality of life together with improvements in medical care allows people to live longer, however the population ageing brings severe social and economic impacts such as increased demand for medical care, high risk of chronic disease, growing pensions and medicine spends. ICT is seen now as an innovative way of solving some of these problems. Recent concepts of telecare, telemedicine and independent living brought the opportunities for ageing problems resolutions. Diverse service providers and solution developers work separately on their own products while there is huge opportunity of combining them together using SOA. In this article the diabetes case is examined and the event-driven service oriented approach is used to create the architecture of information system supporting distant health management. Together with detailed architecture description and its advantages, ICT for ageing market overview and its’ key barriers are given in this paper.

Actual software for E-manufacturing process support often ignores the domain of testing of items under development which impacts the production quality and timing parameters. The article describes the methodology of the creation of a software expert module, dedicated to the improvement of the software complexes in the domain of tests of all kinds.

This article contains an analysis of the problem of master data management systems (MDMS) development in the field of computational support for statistical surveys. Features and challenges specific to the field are pointed out, as well a set of requirements for the MDMS to fulfill to be considered successful. Some approaches to development of certain components of MDMS are evaluated based on the experience of building a MDMS for the Russia-wide census 2010.

The article examines the problems of evaluation of economic effectiveness of corporate information systems’ deployment and related risks. The authors propose a solution based on simulation modeling and a decision-making scheme based on the modeling results. The simulation modeling allows for an efficient drawing up of situations with numerous parameters and dependencies.

In this work the problem of a new design procedure of volume of raw materials in a store-house is considered and the account of the bulk solids software, created on its basis is presented. The principle of work of a hardwaresoftware complex is short stated in this article. For technique realization laser measurement instrument MDL SLM Stockpile Scanner (MDA082) is used.

Methods of valuation and comparisons of OCR-systems based on quality of the image analysis are described. The model of structure marking of the graphic image is resulted. Two kinds of a comparative evaluation of the analysis phase of OCR-system are offered. Comparison of FineReader 8 and FineReader 9 OCR-systems developed by company ABBYY is carried out.

This article presents search engine and its components’ construction principles and techniques for ranking results in search engines, with emphasis on citation ranking methods and the PageRank algorithm. The problem of selecting the documents, relevant to a user search query, from a heterogeneous environment such as the WWW is analyzed in detail. The necessity for improving classic information search methods with citation ranking methods is demonstrated.

The article provides a survey of the most modern approaches in modeling of e-government as a system of public IT-services. The complex is multi-targeted as e-government requires different aspects of modeling which are presented in the survey.
