International Legal Concepts of Struggle Against Distribution of Harmful Information

Abstract

It is considered to be that progress of technologies well affects society evolution as a whole, however modern concepts of development of a society assume existence of a special category of the information — the harmful information, occurrence, existence and which distribution breaks existing communications, destroys public morals and creates development preconditions as traditional and information criminality.

Importance of the decision of the given problem is recognised by all world community. Each state, possessing the vision of legal regulation, tries to prevent distribution of such information, but only association of efforts of all world community, will allow to make it.
