Abstract

Article is devoted to approaches research for the Business Process Management (BPM). Research is based on the taking into account 2 factors: standardization of approaches to BPM; and a view on enterprise as reflexive enterprise. Authors used own consulting experience and intermediate results of the scientific researches which are carried out in State University HSE.
