Current Status of International Standards on Software and Systems Engineering

Abstract

This article presents a brief overview of the most important official and actual systems and software engineering standards, defining a methodology for establishing effective systems for various purposes, including information business systems. Specifications currently in force and planned to adopt are considered. The relationship between systems and software engineering stan-dards in the context of processes-maturityquality and system processes-domain processes-specific processes are described.
