This article contains the summary of analytical information systems evaluation approaches and the analysis of
tangible and intangible benefits of them. It stresses the impossibility of adequate measurement of significant part of
benefits. In the final part there are some conclusions which may be used as a basis for practical models development

Are examined basic condition, methods and models, the technological and technical solutions, intended for the
adaptive control of the information systems of organizational structures of queueing at the stages of design and
operation of the information system. The organizational structures are the field of application of methodology, at
the basis of activity of which is the assignment of the repetitive services to their users. |

There article proposes a new method of business-processes verification based on relational logic and MIT Alloy
Analyzer. The method proposed allows for testing conformance with corporate information security rules. For
analysis purposes the interrelated structure of ontologies is defined on three layers and correspondent logical microtheory
is proposed. The approach is illustrated using real business-process of industrial company. |

The research reported upon in this paper aims at making a critical analysis method for evaluation of modeling
languages used in modern business modeling techniques. That method was developed in according to public
sector applicability. In the course of method developing we determine a representative set of modeling
methodologies and a compliant set of criteria, which are more important in modeling and engineering the
public organizations. |

The paper presents JavaBeans component model usage as the base for implementing 3D-modeling and visualization
software. 3D-objects moleling is organized by means of JavaBeans components set that corresponds to a subset of
base object types found in standard 3D-modeling languages with addition of some component types that enhance
capabilities of the 3D-modeling languages. The practical result is represented by lightweight JavaBeans components
library (pure 100% java) used to build Java-applets and application. |

Analyzing document structures is a part of the optical character recognition (OCR) process. When performing
such analysis, it is necessary to define types of areas found in the image. In this article, the type-defining problem
is viewed in the context of hieroglyphic documents, and a method to solve the problem suggested. The method’s
testing findings are also presented. |

In paper a problem of image processing by principal component analysis is considered. New method of –
principal components computation, so called method principal component synthesis is proposed. Main idea
of new method is to process the image set by parts. The complete solution is obtained by synthesis of partial
solutions. Accuracy and performance of the method is demonstrated by the example of image processing from
the FERET database. |
